Please note that all sales are final. Also, we cannot ship physical goods outside of the United States. If you are outside of the US, please select “Digital Download Only” if prompted with the option to choose between a Physical Product or Digital Download.
If you purchased digital goods, you will receive a download link after you complete your payment. You will also receive a copy of that link in your email within 24 hours. You must download files within 10 days of purchase before the download link expires.
Please note: You may not be able to download digital files directly to a mobile device. Download the files to a computer first and unzip the folder (if applicable). From there you can print PDF files and/or move the files to your mobile device by connecting it to your computer.
If you purchased digital PDF designs, please note that your purchase gives you the license to print a single copy of the design. Printing/creating more than one copy or sharing/selling the pdf file or physical copies of the design is strictly prohibited and is against the law.
